Cleaner (Female Preferred) Jobs in Ras al-Khaimah at Palma Beach Resort
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Gym Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout our fitness facility. The successful candidate will ensure that all workout areas, equipment, locker rooms, and common spaces are clean, sanitized, and welcoming for members and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize gym equipment, machines, free weights, and fitness accessories.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, surfaces, and other facility areas.
- Clean and disinfect locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and changing areas.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to facility procedures.
- Refill cleaning supplies, soap dispensers, paper towels, and other consumables as needed.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Perform opening and closing cleaning duties as assigned.
- Respond promptly and professionally to cleaning requests from staff and members.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for all gym users.
Requirements
- Female candidates preferred.
- Immediate joiners only.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory).
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, products, and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness with the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
