Job Overview:
REAP HR & RECRUITMENT SERVICES is currently seeking a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist to join a prestigious resort in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all guests, providing exceptional service and contributing to an outstanding guest experience. Candidates should be fluent or have basic proficiency in Arabic, alongside a good command of English.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
Answer and direct phone calls, efficiently managing inquiries and guest requests.
Assist with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
Manage reservations and coordinate appointment schedules.
Provide guests with information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area, ensuring a tidy environment at all times.
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office supply management.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Female candidates preferred.
Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written); proficiency in English is a plus.
Previous experience (6 months to 1 year) as a receptionist or in a customer service role is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: AED 1500
Food Allowance: AED 300
