Job Description:
Safe Transportation: Safely operate light vehicles to provide transportation for office personnel, clients and goods as required.
Safely operating the 3-ton vehicle for daily deliveries and pickups.
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine vehicle inspections, checks, and maintenance to ensure that the vehicle is in proper working condition and report any mechanical issues or concerns promptly.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance activities. Complete required logbooks and reports accurately and timely manner.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and courteous experience during transportation.
Adherence to Regulations: Obey all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies, always ensuring the safety of all passengers and cargo.
Time Management: Manage time effectively to ensure punctual pick-ups and drop-offs while accommodating any changes to schedules.
Communication: Maintain effective communication with office staff, supervisors, and team members to coordinate transportation needs and ensure a smooth flow of operations.
Emergency Response: Respond appropriately in emergency situations, following established protocols and ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers and cargo.
Professional Appearance: Maintain a neat and professional appearance, reflecting the company’s image and values.
Ensuring the vehicle is well-maintained and regularly clean.
Assisting with loading and unloading when necessary.
Requirements:
With minimum of 2yrs experience of 3 tonne vehicle is a MUST
Must hold a driver’s license number 3
Good English communication skills
