We are looking for an experienced and motivated Club Manager to join our team in Kalba. The ideal candidate for the role must be, results-driven, and ready to join immediately.
Arab speaker is a plus point.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily club operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve performance targets
- Deliver excellent member experience and handle client concerns professionally
- Monitor sales performance, memberships, and revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards
- Coordinate with head office on reports, staffing, and operational needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Club Manager or in a similar leadership role (fitness/health club preferred)
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Immediate availability
- Prefer Arabic Spearker
