KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct clinical demonstrations of laser, aesthetic, dermatology, and medical equipment for doctors, nurses, therapists, clinic owners, and prospective clients.
- Explain treatment applications, clinical protocols, operating principles, patient selection, expected outcomes, and safety considerations.
- Provide product training and clinical application support to clients before and after equipment installation.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, workshops, webinars, product launches, and educational sessions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, aesthetic physicians, clinic managers, and key opinion Leaders.
- Coordinate with KOLs for product evaluations, demonstrations, clinical workshops, testimonials, and educational content.
- Represent Laserix confidently in social media videos, interviews, live demonstrations, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team during client meetings, demonstrations, and product evaluations to strengthen the clinical and commercial presentation.
- Identify business-development opportunities and assist in generating and qualifying new leads.
- Support the preparation of clinical materials, product comparisons, treatment protocols, training manuals, and presentation content.
- Collect market feedback and provide insights regarding client requirements, competitor technologies, treatment trends, and potential product opportunities.
- Attend exhibitions, medical conferences, workshops, and client events within the UAE and, when required, across the GCC.
- Maintain accurate records of demonstrations, training sessions, client feedback, leads, and follow-up activities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Nursing, Allied Health Sciences, Aesthetic Technology, or another relevant qualification.
- Practical knowledge of laser, aesthetic, dermatology, or medical equipment is strongly preferred.
- Experience in clinical applications, product demonstrations, medical-device training, aesthetic treatments, or business development is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, public-speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable and confident appearing in professional social media videos and representing the Laserix brand publicly.
- Ability to explain technical and clinical information clearly to both medical and non-technical audiences.
- Professional appearance, positive personality, and strong communication skills.
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and follow-up abilities.
- Willingness to travel for client visits, exhibitions, workshops, and business-development activities.
- A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate combines clinical knowledge with confidence, communication skills, and commercial awareness. She should be comfortable conducting a treatment demonstration for doctors, delivering a presentation to clinic management, engaging with a KOL, supporting the sales team, and appearing in professional digital content representing Laserix.
