We are looking for Client Success Manager to join our team and take ownership of building strong, strategic relationships with our clients. This role is essential to ensuring clients achieve their goals using our solutions while maximizing retention and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Own the post-sale relationship with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
Drive successful client onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
Understand clients’ business objectives and align our solutions to their goals for measurable success.
Monitor client health using data and key metrics, proactively addressing risks and identifying areas for improvement.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to resolve complex challenges and drive value.
Lead regular business reviews, sharing performance insights, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
Identify and pursue upsell or expansion opportunities, contributing to account growth and revenue targets.
Serve as the voice of the client internally, advocating for feature requests and improvements based on client feedback.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Demonstrated success managing multiple client accounts with strong relationship-building and retention results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical or complex topics clearly.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for managing competing priorities.
Analytical mindset with experience using client data to drive decision making.
Familiarity with Hub Spot CRM for tracking engagement and managing pipelines.
Working understanding of automation tools or concepts is preferred, expertise not required.
Experience in a fast paced startup environment is a plus.
