Role Overview:

The role holder will ensure all clients’ enquiries and issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Making sure every single client is provided with best customer service through all stages of their journey with us.

Job Description:

Proactively respond to inbound client queries through Phone, Email, Live Chat and Messaging.

Placing trades on behalf of client as per their instructions across the multiple products we offer.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience.

Maintain KPI and SLA targets, both individually and as a team.

Take ownership for ensuring accurate client information is recorded in relevant internal systems

Familiarization with the company’s products, platforms, offers, policies, procedures, and other updates to be able to assist all customers and non-customers promptly, efficiently, and accurately.

Raise, handle, and resolve all customers complaints assuring the appropriate follow-up and liaising with all the needed parties.

Escalate and report issues, incidents and complaints to the line manager and client success manager when needed.

Conduct after sales outbound calls, chats or emails for follow-up and technical assistance purposes when needed.

Any other reasonable duties requested such as documents translation, system testing, and other similar tasks.

Requirements:

Looking young, dynamic candidate with a bachelor’s degree.

Good Knowledge of Markets, Forex, Futures, Options and other derivative products is a must.

Proficient in speaking English and another language would be desirable.

Experience in general customer service and support.

Experience providing support via online and offline communications channels, being written and verbal communication (face to face preferable but not mandatory).
