About Us:
Green Land Diamond specializes in deep cleaning of buildings. We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor with a manual driving license to manage cleaning operations and teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily cleaning operations of buildings and sites
Assign tasks and monitor performance of cleaning staff
Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
Report to management on site activities and inventory needs
Drive company vehicle for site visits as required
Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience in building cleaning / deep cleaning
✔️ Valid manual driving license
✔️ Strong leadership and team management skills
✔️ Good communication and problem-solving abilities
