Guildhall is recruiting for a QA/QC Engineer to join a leading international engineering and construction contractor in Dubai, UAE. The role requires strong experience in QA/QC management, site inspections, material approvals, and quality documentation within complex high-rise construction environments.
Job Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans, QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and quality control systems in coordination with the Project Management Team.
– Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality assessments while providing technical guidance and supervision to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
– Manage quality documentation, including inspection records, material submittals, non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality reports, ensuring effective communication between project stakeholders.
– Identify potential quality risks and contractual issues that may impact project delivery, recommending corrective measures to maintain compliance and achieve project objectives.
– Participate in project meetings, coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams, and provide proactive support to ensure continuous improvement of construction quality performance.
