Civil Site Inspector Jobs in Dubai at Al Safa Consultancy
- Conduct site inspections of structural works including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, and structural steel to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Monitor workmanship and material quality in accordance with project requirements, and relevant UAE standards.
- Review structural and shop drawings, identify deviations, and coordinate corrective actions with contractors and site teams.
- Prepare daily inspection reports, NCRs, site observations, and maintain accurate quality documentation.
- Witness and verify concrete, reinforcement, and other structural material testing, including slump and cube tests.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve quality issues and ensure timely rectification.
- Monitor structural works for proper alignment, levels, dimensions, quality, safety, and progress.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and other applicable authority requirements.
- Participate in snagging, de-snagging, inspections, and project handover activities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of UAE experience in structural inspection, preferably with a consultancy.
- Hands-on experience with reinforced concrete and structural inspections on large-scale building projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
