Urgent Hiring – Civil Site Engineer (Structural Experience Required)
We are a leading Civil & Electromechanical Contracting Company based in Qatar, currently seeking to hire a Civil Site Engineer for immediate joining.
Position: Civil Site Engineer
Location: Qatar
Availability: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to civil and structural works
- Ensure execution of works as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project progress
- Monitor structural works including foundations, concrete works, steel structures, and finishing
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control and compliance with standards
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and site documentation
- Ensure proper implementation of health & safety regulations on site
- Review and interpret structural drawings and resolve technical issues on site
- Assist in material planning, site logistics, and resource allocation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of experience, with strong background in structural works
- Proven experience in construction projects within Qatar/GCC is preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management
- Good communication and coordination skills
