Civil Site Engineer – Landscape/ Swimming Pool Jobs in Dubai at Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC
Perfect Technical Works and Landscaping LLC is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to supervise civil, landscaping, and swimming pool works. The candidate should have hands-on experience in landscaping, swimming pools, hardscape, concrete works, waterproofing, excavation, drainage, paving, and external works.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil, landscaping, and swimming pool works at site.
- Review drawings, BOQs, shop drawings, specifications, and method statements.
- Supervise pool excavation, concrete works, waterproofing, tiling, coping, drainage, and finishing.
- Supervise hardscape, paving, kerbstones, excavation, grading, concrete, and external works.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, Consultants, and subcontractors.
- Check levels, dimensions, slopes, alignments, and setting-out.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and daily progress.
- Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and coordinate IRs, material inspections, and testing.
- Monitor subcontractor work and ensure proper quality and timely completion.
- Coordinate with surveyors for setting-out and as-built measurements.
- Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and material requirements.
- Assist with snagging, rectification, testing, as-built documentation, and handover.
- Maintain proper site housekeeping and ensure safe working practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Civil Site Engineer.
- Experience in landscaping and swimming pool construction is preferred.
- Good knowledge of pool construction, concrete, waterproofing, tiling, drainage, and finishing works.
- Experience in hardscape, paving, excavation, grading, and external works.
- Ability to read civil, structural, landscape, and pool drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Good knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, and construction practices.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: AED1,996.11 – AED10,482.08 per month
