Job Summary
The Food Runner is responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly, accurately, and professionally while ensuring excellent customer service. The role supports smooth communication between the kitchen and service team to provide an outstanding dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables promptly.
– Ensure each dish matches the guest’s order before serving.
– Assist servers by clearing tables and resetting them when required.
– Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure efficient operations.
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations.
– Handle food carefully and follow food safety and hygiene standards.
– Respond politely to guest requests and inform the server of any concerns.
– Support the restaurant team during busy service periods.
– Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and grooming standards.
– Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
– Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.
– Good communication and teamwork skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
– Physically fit to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
– Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused approach.

Pay: AED1,500.00 – AED1,800.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
