Job Description
We are urgently looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction site supervision, project execution, and coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
- Review drawings and identify technical issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Track site progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure construction activities comply with UAE safety regulations and company HSE procedures.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, inspection requests, progress records, and other required documentation.
- Resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with the relevant teams.
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet the required standards.
- Assist with inspections, testing, handover, and project close-out activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience Dubai based construction industry is mandatory.
- Must be currently based in Dubai, UAE.
- Strong knowledge of construction site execution and supervision.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
