KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise and manage daily civil construction activities at site.
• Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and overall site productivity.
• Review drawings and coordinate with the technical team to resolve site issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure proper execution of concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and other civil works.
• Coordinate inspections with the Consultant and QA/QC team.
• Ensure compliance with approved Method Statements, ITPs, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress and support timely completion of activities.
• Identify site problems and provide practical technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and safe working practices.
• Maintain proper site records, measurements, and documentation.
