Joinery Coordinator / Joinery Engineer
Job Role:
* Manage joinery workshop operations and production activities.
* Review drawings, prepare estimates, and material take-offs.
* Conduct site visits and take accurate measurements.
* Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
* Monitor fabrication and installation to meet project deadlines.
* Resolve technical issues and ensure quality standards.
* Attend client meetings and communicate project requirements effectively.
* Strong knowledge of joinery production, materials, and fit-out processes.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in joinery, woodworking, fit-out, or interior contracting projects.
- Strong knowledge of joinery production processes, materials, hardware, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent site measurement and surveying skills.
- Strong coordination, communication, and client management abilities.
