We are seeking an experienced and proactive Civil Supervisor / Civil Foreman to oversee day-to-day site operations for structural construction, infrastructure, and interior fit-out projects. The candidate will lead site labor, monitor construction progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure works are executed according to engineering drawings and schedules.
Job Responsibilities:
* Directly supervise and coordinate daily site activities for concrete structures, masonry, steel works, finishes, and interior fit-out.
* Interpret architectural, structural, and fit-out drawings to guide labor teams and subcontractors on proper execution.
* Monitor progress on-site and report daily production, material requirements, and site issues directly to the Senior Civil Site Engineer.
* Track material deliveries, verify quantities received, and control site material wastage.
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure all executed work meets QA/QC standards and project specifications.
* Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all workers and subcontractors.
* Identify potential site delays or constructability issues early and assist in implementing immediate corrective solutions.
* Coordinate with local authority inspectors (ADM, DDA, DM, Civil Defence, etc.) during site visits alongside the project engineer.
Requirements:
* High School Diploma, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or vocational construction training certification.
* Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on UAE/GCC site supervision experience in construction and interior fit-out developments.
* Strong practical knowledge of civil works, shuttering, steel fixing, concrete pouring, blockwork, plastering, and interior finishing details.
* Ability to read and translate structural and architectural AutoCAD drawings on-site accurately.
* Strong labor management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
* Valid UAE driving license is highly preferred.
Experience:
* Civil Site Supervision/Foreman: 5 years (Required)
* UAE Fit-Out & Construction Experience: 5 years (Required)
Language:
* English (Required)
* Hindi / Urdu / Malayalam / Arabic (Strong preference)
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
