We are seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to supervise and coordinate the activities of our on-site crew. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project plans and deadlines. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Duties
- Manage and lead construction crews on-site
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting
- Communicate project progress to project managers
- Implement quality control measures
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience as civil foreman in UAE.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Understanding of contracts and project specifications
