A leading contracting company is seeking a Civil Estimation Engineer specialized in civil engineering to work within the Bidding and Estimation Management team.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze RFP documents and contractual terms.
- Study quantity schedules and technical specifications and drawings.
- Analyze and estimate construction, architectural, and finishing work items.
- Prepare detailed cost analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Quantify and review compliance with plans and specifications.
- Send price quotation requests to suppliers and subcontractors, and review and compare offers.
- Prepare technical and commercial inquiries related to bids.
- Prepare technical and financial proposals for residential projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Graduated in 2020 or later.
- Practical experience in estimating civil, architectural, and finishing works, preferably in residential projects.
- Experience in reviewing and analyzing bidding documents, including quantity schedules, specifications, drawings, and contractual terms.
- The candidate must currently be residing in Saudi Arabia.
- The residency must be transferable.
- Availability to start work within a month.
