Job Title: Civil Engineer – G+12 Certified

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer with G+12 certification and strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations and approval procedures.
Key Requirements:
- G+12 Certified Civil Engineer with relevant UAE experience.
- Strong knowledge of Nakheel, Trakhees, RERA, and Dubai Municipality rules, regulations, and approval processes.
- Experience in building permits, inspections, drawings, and authority submissions.
- Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
- Good knowledge of UAE Civil/Construction standards and HSE requirements.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: AED7,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
