Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Architecture or Civil Engineering to lead and manage interior fit-out and construction projects in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing all project phases from planning and procurement to execution, authority approvals, handover, and closeout.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage interior fit-out and construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Monitor procurement activities and material approvals.
- Handle project documentation, progress reports, and client communications.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and ensure timely approvals.
- Lead site teams and ensure project milestones are achieved within schedule and budget.
- Resolve technical and contractual issues during project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4–10 years of experience in construction and fit-out projects.
- Proven experience managing commercial, retail, hospitality, or mixed-use fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management, procurement, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with Saudi regulations, authority approvals, and project execution requirements is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6 / AutoCAD / Microsoft Office.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with Civil Defense, Municipality, and utility authority coordination.
