Job Information:
JR Younus is a leading construction company committed to delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project timelines using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.
Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
Maintain documentation, reporting, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in project management within construction.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in retrofitting or high-rise construction is a plus.
PMP certification is an advantage.
