- Permits & Safety: Active Permit to Work (PTW), signed Excavation Certificate, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and utility clearance/potholing maps.
- Technical Drawings: Approved for Construction (AFC) Civil trench details and Cathodic Protection (CP) layout drawings.
- Quality Control (QA/QC): Excavation Inspection Checklists (verifying shoring/benching), Gas Testing Logs (for O2,H2S, LEL), and material delivery tickets for approved sand or coke breeze bedding.
- Tracking & As-Builts: Daily Progress Reports (DPR) tracking volumes and As-Built Survey Logs capturing exact anode coordinates and depth benchmarks before backfilling.
- Testing Reports: Soil Compaction Tests (Proctor/Nuclear density logs) for reinstated pipeline rights-of-way or facility pads.
