Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Hostess to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by greeting them warmly, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and walk-in guests.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Coordinate with the restaurant team to optimize table availability.
- Answer phone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
