Civil Engineer – Fit-Outs Jobs in Doha at Gulf Overseas HR Consultancy
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer – Fit-Outs to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing commercial fit-out projects, particularly in shopping malls.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and quality standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Manage material procurement and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate inspections and final project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar as a Civil Engineer.
- Mandatory experience in fit-out projects within shopping malls in Qatar.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, finishing, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and BOQs.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving Licence is preferred.
