Job Description _ – Civil Engineer – All Rounder
Experienced – interior, fit-out, renovation, and small-scale construction works
.
Skill Requered in Making Drawings & Documentation, B.O.Q & Quote, Project Excuation, Client Management,
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed technical drawings
- Create detailed drawings and layouts for projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications
- Preparing and approving project plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Handling of Authorities like DM, DCD, DDA and all local authorities
- Develop detailed 2D drawings in AutoCAD, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings.
- Preparation of Detailed Drawing under the guidance of PM
- Prepare the shop drawing for submission to the consultant.
- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from drawings, specifications, and other project documents.
- Review and verify subcontractor and supplier quotations against BOQ.
- Familiar with Dubai Municipality site inspections and documentation
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
- Minimum 3 yrs experience in UAE.
- UAE driving license preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, materials, and methodologies.
- Exceptional project management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
