Civil Engineer – Construction Jobs in Dubai at Alrais Holding
We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction, Core & Shell, renovation projects, technical coordination, BOQ, quantity surveying, and project planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate civil construction and renovation projects.
- Handle Core & Shell works and ensure projects are executed according to approved plans and specifications.
- Review drawings, designs, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates.
- Monitor project progress, schedules, quality, and site activities.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, regulations, and authority requirements.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate timely solutions.
- Prepare project reports and maintain proper project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience in construction projects.
- Strong experience in Core & Shell and renovation projects.
- Valid G+4 Municipality/Engineering License.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and cost estimation.
- Experience in design and technical coordination.
- Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, regulations, and authority requirements.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project requirements.
