Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Execute the business strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Increase awareness of cardiovascular medical devices and consumables among healthcare professionals in both private and public sectors.
- Engage proactively with physicians and healthcare staff to enhance satisfaction and build loyalty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical and administrative personnel.
- Design and deliver clinical education programs for key accounts.
- Stay updated on the latest clinical research and results, effectively communicating and discussing findings with healthcare professionals.
- Provide comprehensive support in clinical environments, including operating rooms and catheterization labs, during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
- Deliver technical assistance and guidance throughout all stages of the clinical process.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, forums, and seminars for training healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- Demonstrate experience in working with tenders and managing procurement processes.
- Identify new accounts and generate leads for business expansion.
- Manage work schedules, creating detailed weekly and monthly timetables.
- Keep accurate records of all communications and interactions.
- Regularly report on activities, outcomes, follow-up actions, and feedback to management.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
