Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Execute the business strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Increase awareness of cardiovascular medical devices and consumables among healthcare professionals in both private and public sectors.
  • Engage proactively with physicians and healthcare staff to enhance satisfaction and build loyalty.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical and administrative personnel.
  • Design and deliver clinical education programs for key accounts.
  • Stay updated on the latest clinical research and results, effectively communicating and discussing findings with healthcare professionals.
  • Provide comprehensive support in clinical environments, including operating rooms and catheterization labs, during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
  • Deliver technical assistance and guidance throughout all stages of the clinical process.
  • Organize and facilitate workshops, forums, and seminars for training healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
  • Demonstrate experience in working with tenders and managing procurement processes.
  • Identify new accounts and generate leads for business expansion.
  • Manage work schedules, creating detailed weekly and monthly timetables.
  • Keep accurate records of all communications and interactions.
  • Regularly report on activities, outcomes, follow-up actions, and feedback to management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.
