Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and creative Chinese / Asian Executive Chef to join our fantastic development team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-quality, innovative menus for our aviation catering services in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of Chinese cuisine for our aviation catering services.
Create and implement innovative and high-quality menus.
Hands-on and able to go operational on the ground.
Ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
Collaborate with the culinary team to continuously improve and innovate.
Train and mentor junior chefs to maintain excellence in culinary practices.
Be an excellent presenter during menu presentations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in aviation catering or a similar industry, but this is not a must.
Exceptional culinary skills with a focus on Chinese cuisine.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Integrate and collaborate seamlessly with the team as ONE.
Innovative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
