Job Description:
SLRP is looking for a passionate Commis Chef (Hot & Cold Section – Japanese Cuisine) to join our award-winning kitchen team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation and service of hot and cold Japanese dishes.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency as per 3Fils standards.
Follow hygiene, food safety, and HACCP guidelines at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the workstation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Commis Chef in Japanese cuisine preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hot and cold kitchen sections.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
