Chiller Technician
Job Summary:
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting central cooling systems (chillers) to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install chiller units and central cooling systems according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on chillers.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
- Inspect system components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and pumps.
- Handle refrigerant charging and monitor pressure and temperature levels.
- Read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams.
- Ensure proper electrical and mechanical connections.
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with engineers and team members to complete tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or technical certification in HVAC, Refrigeration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in chiller installation and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of central cooling systems.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ﷼2,500.00 – ﷼3,500.00 per month
