Job Description:
Trusty is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Trust Officer (CTO) to lead and oversee the organization’s trust, compliance, and governance functions. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, transparency, and reliability of company operations while building and maintaining stakeholder confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement trust, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Oversee risk management strategies and internal controls
- Build and maintain trust with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Lead internal audits and compliance reviews
- Advise executive leadership on trust-related policies and risks
- Promote a culture of ethics, accountability, and transparency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior trust, compliance, or governance role
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk management
- Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Relevant degree in business, law, finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

Salary: QAR 55,000 per month
