We have an urgent requirement for a Chief Steward at our company. The ideal candidate must be having the following:
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum three years’ experience as Cleaning/Stewarding Supervisor or similar role with Hotels, Clubs, restaurants and Catering company.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC for visa transfer.
Main Responsibilities:
- To manage staff and maintain quality operation of cleaning all areas in the Site.
- To allocate duties and tasks to subordinate cleaning personnel on site/camp.
- To interact with client personnel for operational efficiency.
- Responsible for taking stock of inventory, maintaining hygiene and quality in the kitchen, keeping a record of breakage and replacements.
- To intend and issue provisions and housekeeping material to cleaning staff for smooth running of contract.
