We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Team Leader to oversee and guide a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, achieving revenue targets, coaching agents, and ensuring exceptional client service throughout the buying and selling process. This role requires strong leadership, deep market knowledge, and a proven track record in real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property listings and close deals
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Conduct regular sales meetings and pipeline reviews
- Assist agents in closing high-value deals and handling complex negotiations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, owners, and clients
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and real estate regulations
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new sales agents
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- 3–7+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, coach, and inspire a sales team
- Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate platforms
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- RERA certification or local real estate license (if applicable)
