What You’ll Do
- Develop and improve formulations for cement, coatings, and adhesive products
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Conduct material testing and performance analysis
- Troubleshoot manufacturing and chemical processing issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality assurance teams
- Prepare technical reports and recommend process improvements
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes and material formulation
- Experience with cement production, industrial coatings, or adhesive manufacturing
- Familiarity with quality control testing and laboratory procedures
- Understanding of industrial safety and environmental regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
Compensation & Benefits
- $350/hour (≈ QAR 1,274/hour) premium pay
