MIS Executive Jobs in Sharjah at ROYAL GULF ELECTRONICS TR LLC SP
We’re looking for an MIS Executive who is sharp with Excel and skilled at building clear, decision-ready dashboards.
Role & Responsibilities:
Maintain and update daily/weekly/monthly inventory and operations MIS reports
Build and manage dashboards for drive-type summaries, grade-mix analysis, and capacity-wise breakdowns
Track warehouse, lab, packing, and dispatch data across the operation
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management
Identify trends and flag discrepancies proactively
Requirements:
Strong hands-on expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting)
Proven experience building dashboards (Excel-based or similar tools)
High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
Prior experience in warehouse, inventory, ITAD, or manufacturing MIS roles preferred
Good communication skills in English
