Required Skills & Competencies
- Chartered Accountant (ICAI)
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate, property management, or leasing
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and real estate accounting
- Expertise in leasing, rental management, and property finance
- Knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and real estate regulations
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and cash flow management
- Financial modelling, project feasibility, ROI, IRR, NPV, and DCF analysis
- Cost control, project accounting, and commercial management
- Credit control and receivables management
- Internal controls, audit, and risk management
- ERP proficiency (Odoo, PACT)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting skills
- Strong analytical, negotiation, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict reporting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete finance and accounting functions for real estate operations.
- Oversee leasing, rental income, receivables, collections, and tenant accounts.
- Prepare budgets, MIS, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor project costs, profitability, ROI, IRR, and investment analysis.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and real estate regulations.
- Manage treasury, banking, audits, and statutory compliance.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes.
- Lead ERP implementation and process automation.
- Support management with financial planning and strategic decision-making.
Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
Education:
- Master’s (Required)
Experience:
- Real Estate : 4 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Chartered Accountant Certification (ICAI) (Required)
