Qualifications:
Eastern Europeans and Latin Americans
BSN/Diploma in Nursing
3+ years experience
Medical License
Key Responsibilities:
Charge Nurse:
Supervise and coordinate the nursing team, ensuring efficient patient care.
Manage patient assignments, staff performance, and patient flow.
Ensure adherence to hospital policies and standards.
Clinical Nurse:
Assess, plan, and deliver patient care.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress.
Provide emotional support and patient education.
Patient Care Assistant:
Assist with daily activities, mobility, and basic clinical tasks.
Offer emotional support and companionship to patients.
Critical Care Nursing Manager:
Oversee care for critically ill patients, ensuring rapid interventions.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
Manage staffing, resources, and ensure high standards of care in critical care units.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
