Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide civil workers on site.
- Allocate daily tasks and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Monitor construction activities including concrete works, blockwork, plastering, excavation, and finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Foremen, Engineers, and subcontractors to maintain workflow.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure safety procedures are followed.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment usage.
- Report daily progress, issues, and manpower status to the Foreman.
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
