We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, ensuring value for money while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities (BOQs)
- Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis
- Manage contracts, including preparation, review, and administration
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate terms
- Track project progress and handle variations/claims
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of cost control, contract management, and procurement
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, cost estimation tools)
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Experience:
- UAE: 2 years (Preferred)
- Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (Preferred)
