As Channel Programs Manager, APJ, you will be at the forefront of driving AWS’s channel strategy across the region. In this transformative role, you will build mindshare and accelerate adoption through our network of solution providers and distributors, while architecting programs that enable partner success and expand AWS’s market presence. Your key charter encompasses:
Leading the development, implementation, and measurement of high-impact channel programs
Empowering partners to accelerate customer acquisition and growth across market segments
Orchestrating AWS resources and investments to foster long-term partner commitment.
The ideal candidate combines strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to engage at the partnerexecutive levelwhile guiding technical solutions. You should possess expertise in sales, marketing, channel operations, and partner economics, complemented by excellentcommunication skills. We’re looking for a data-driven strategist who can build compelling value propositions, solve complex problems, and deliver results in an ambiguous environment.
Key job responsibilities
Own and execute AWS channel programs across APJ, contributing to overall partner strategy and revenue growth
Develop and manage partnerincentive programs, including budget decisions, ROI tracking, and structured partner enablement processes
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, understanding their needs and driving business growth
Serve as the regional subject matter expert for GTM initiatives, providing strategic guidance to partners and internal stakeholders
Lead business reviews withsenior management, tracking program effectiveness and addressing potential roadblocks
Collaborate across functions to optimize program impact, leveraging internal systems and tools to measure and report on key performance metrics

In thisdynamicrole, you’ll be the driving force behind AWS’s partner success across APJ. Your day typically involves leadingstrategic planningsessions to align business objectives and identify growth opportunities, while architecting and implementing channel programs that enable partner success. You’ll analyze program performance data to optimize initiatives, collaborate withcross-functional teamsto unlock resources, and coach partners on AWS value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
Through regular business reviews with key stakeholders, you’ll track progress and address challenges, ensuring our partners have the tools, resources, and support needed to drive customer success. Your impact will be measured through partner growth, program effectiveness, and the successful transformation of our partners’ businesses as you balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
