Product & Brand Development:
Collaborate with fragrance evaluators and marketing teams to align product launches with regional trends and consumer behavior.
Team Mentorship:
Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team of sales, marketing, and operational professionals.
Stakeholder Management:
Negotiate with distributors, suppliers, and retail partners to secure prime shelf space and favorable distribution terms.
