Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring

Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
Understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition trends
Strong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates
Familiarity with applicant tracking software
Strong communication skills
Knowledge about the industry and the roles within the organization
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations for the industry
Recruiter experience requirements
Candidates might start out as HR Generalists or Recruiters
Must have a 2-3 years experience as Recruiter in Real Estate Industry.
