We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant (Office Girl) to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean and efficient work environment while assisting staff with basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
  • Maintain cleanliness of office, pantry, and meeting rooms
  • Handle basic clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and document handling
  • Assist with office errands (purchasing supplies, delivering documents)
  • Ensure pantry and office supplies are well stocked
  • Provide support to office staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Must have own visa (freelance/spouse visa preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Basic communication skills (English required)
  • Neat, organized, and responsible
  • Ability to follow instructions and multitask

Salary: 2000 aed

Working Hours: 0900-1800
