We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant (Office Girl) to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean and efficient work environment while assisting staff with basic administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness of office, pantry, and meeting rooms
- Handle basic clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and document handling
- Assist with office errands (purchasing supplies, delivering documents)
- Ensure pantry and office supplies are well stocked
- Provide support to office staff as needed
Requirements:
- Must have own visa (freelance/spouse visa preferred)
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Basic communication skills (English required)
- Neat, organized, and responsible
- Ability to follow instructions and multitask
Salary: 2000 aed
Working Hours: 0900-1800
