We are currently hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Executive Chef to lead catering operations across events, industrial catering, and camp facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations for events, industrial sites, and camp catering.
- Plan and develop nutritious, high-quality, and cost-effective menus.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timely service.
- Manage kitchen teams, production schedules, and inventory.
- Monitor food costs, stock levels, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Maintain high operational standards while meeting client requirements and project timelines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in events, industrial, and camp catering.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience managing high-volume food production and large catering operations.
- Excellent knowledge of menu planning, food costing, and kitchen operations.
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- UAE/GCC catering experience is preferred.
