Responsible for generating catering sales, building client relationships and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful event execution. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving revenue targets within the catering segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new catering business opportunities (corporate events, weddings, private functions, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate accounts
- Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to promote catering services
- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and service teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Follow up with clients for feedback and repeat business
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and client interactions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Upsell additional services and customized catering packages
License/Certification:
- UAE driving license (Required)
