Job Summary:
The Perfume Promoter is responsible for actively engaging customers, demonstrating fragrances, and driving sales through excellent customer service. The role involves promoting niche perfumes, educating customers about scents, and maintaining the brand’s image at all times.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Promotion:
Engage with customers to introduce and promote perfume collections.
Demonstrate and explain fragrance notes, longevity, and unique selling points.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall performance.
Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
Customer Service:
Provide a personalized shopping experience to each customer.
Assist customers in selecting perfumes based on preferences and occasion.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Product Knowledge & Brand Representation:
Stay updated on product information, including ingredients and latest launches.
Represent the brand professionally in appearance, speech, and behavior.
Follow company guidelines on fragrance presentation and merchandising.
Stock Management & Display:
Ensure perfume testers and displays are well-maintained and clean.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
Assist in inventory checks and stock replenishment.
Reporting & Compliance:
Record daily sales and customer feedback for management review.
Adhere to company policies, including hygiene, grooming, and punctuality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience in perfume sales, retail, or promotions is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for luxury/niche fragrances and customer engagement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
