Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2C client interactions and build long-term customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Promote and sell outsourcing services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and concerns promptly.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze client requirements, and share feedback with management.
- Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2C sales and client handling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools or MS Office for sales reporting and client management.
