Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and result-driven Telecallers to join our Forex trading team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining Forex trading opportunities, and converting leads into active customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
Explain Forex trading services, account types, and investment opportunities.
Educate clients on market trends, trading platforms, and investment strategies.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into active traders.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead conversion.
Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience in telesales, customer service, or Forex sales is a plus.
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic understanding of Forex trading is an advantage.
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
Fluency in English/Hindi Required].
