Carpenter Foreman Jobs in Ajman Free Zone at Tekmark Global Solutions
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate carpentry teams and subcontractors on site.
- Plan and distribute daily tasks according to project requirements and priorities.
- Read and interpret architectural, structural, and carpentry drawings.
- Execute and supervise formwork, joinery, framing, doors, ceilings, partitions, and other carpentry works as required.
- Ensure all carpentry works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for daily operations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, other trades, and project management.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship before and during installation.
- Identify and resolve site issues related to carpentry works.
- Monitor work progress and report daily activities and requirements to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Enforce company health, safety, and environmental procedures on site.
- Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow safe working practices.
- Minimize material wastage and maintain efficient use of resources.
- Inspect completed work and arrange corrections where necessary.
- Train and guide carpenters and helpers to improve productivity and workmanship.
- Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the work area is kept clean and organized.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
